Berni first went into Recruitment over 20 years ago then came out of the industry to have her youngest son and spent the following 5 years in direct sales.

"The period in direct sales was extremely demanding, but taught me a lot about myself. I recognised that my success was usually determined by the level of self belief and expectation I had about my abilities."

She went back into the recruitment industry 11 years ago and the last 4 years have been spent running her own business.

Having been involved with the start up of new offices 5 times, having managed a team and gaining valuable experience running her own agency, Berni has a wealth of commercial business acumen that is very hands on and practical.

"Friends always said I was a sucker for punishment. I never once was in a situation where I had the luxury of an established desk. Instead I always built up the business from scratch. "

In 1993 Berni was a founder member of Mindstore, now considered one of the main personal and Corporate Development companies in the UK. She featured in the BBC2 documentary Black Magic in 1995. This was her first very serious involvement in personal development. Little did Berni know then that Jack Blacks now famous The House on the Right Bank technique, was created using NLP.

Over the years I have changed drastically as I have continued on a journey of personal development and self improvement. I am much more in control, not prone to mood swings or feelings of helplessness about external circumstances.
