Training and Coaching of new and existing staff:

Sometimes in house training/coaching can lose the impact or simply stop getting the best results out of people. Bringing in a new face with fresh ideas and techniques can really help bring people on. Equally, induction training can take a lot of time and your new member of staff does not always get your full attention due to other pressures in the work place. Let us come in and train them for you. Delivering a comprehensive insight/induction into your company, will gain results more quickly and your new member of staff will feel armed with the training and information needed to carry out their work productively and profitably.

A business overview:

We have all heard the saying "If you keep doing what you do, you continue to get what you get." Demands on our time can mean that we do not look at the procedures we have in place and our current working practices. An independent overview can make a huge difference. We will recommend more effective and efficient working practises.

Interview Staff:

We are all guilty of wasting valuable time and money on employing staff that are not quite right for our business. Let us conduct initial interviews, short listing suitable candidates for you to meet. Alternatively an independent second opinion could prove invaluable before making an offer.

Interim Management and Temporary Cover:

If your office is without a Manager/Team Leader for whatever reason, we can provide interim cover for up to one month at a time. We can also offer you cover for your Temporary or Permanent desk/division. This can be extremely useful in times of holiday, sickness, secondment or just understaffed. If you are handling a major project or have just won a big contract and need additional resources for a certain period of time, we have the experience to compliment your business.

Mystery Shopper:

Are your staff delivering the level of service required by your company? Let us do the undercover work and become a client and/or candidate and ascertain your teams strengths and weaknesses, both on the telephone and in person.

An agreement will be arranged between both parties, guaranteeing data protection and confidentiality.
