Personal Coaching: The first thing I always ask is - "What are you hoping to achieve by working with me?" The answer could be in relation to changing behaviour patterns, managing stress, increasing motivation, tackling a time management issue, a concern with lack of confidence, problems with self belief issues, feelings of worthlessness, goal setting, planning for a major event....the list is endless. The reason I ask that initial question is because the time I spend with a client is time spent on their agenda, not mine.

Almost 100% of the people I work with know the answers to the questions they have. They know where a certain form of behaviour is coming from, they understand why they constantly beat themselves up mentally, they know the reason why they don't manage to complete things that they start...but they don't know what to do about it.

Through expert questioning, up to the minute coaching and simple but highly effective NLP techniques, I really can help you to break through and get to where you want to be.

Business Coaching: Team coaching is always an interesting part of Business Coaching because we have to take into account the different personalities that make up the team and how the manager is managing those personalities.

Some of the questions I explore could be: Do you know what motivates each team member, what is their driving force? Do you know how they like to be managed? Do you consider yourself an excellent mentor? How do you conduct one on one review meetings, how do you set targets? All interesting questions that conjure up a great variety of debates and discussions and high light the need for coaching.

Inductions can make or break a new member of staffs' impression of you and your business. There are certain sectors of industry, recruitment being one of them, that experience a high staff turnover.
